Welcome to the SuperX Creators Program! This Privacy Policy explains how SuperX ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information from and about you when you participate in the SuperX Creators Program ("Program").

To provide the features of the Program, we integrate with Third-Party API Services, specifically YouTube API Services. This policy details how we handle data accessed via these services in strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

This policy supplements SuperX's general Privacy Policy. By applying to or participating in the Program, you acknowledge the practices described herein.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data from creators:

  • Contact and Identity Information: Name, email address, country of residence, date of birth, and SuperX Player IDs.
  • Program Activity Data: Information regarding your application status, tier level, and participation history.
  • Payment Information: Bank account or tax details required to process financial rewards (for eligible tiers).

3. Google User Data (YouTube API Services)

Our Program utilizes YouTube API Services to verify your eligibility and track your performance. In compliance with Google's policies, we disclose the following:

A. Data Accessed

We access the following data via your Google Account authorization:

  • Channel Statistics: Subscriber count, video count, and view counts.
  • Basic Profile Info: Channel name, description, and avatar URL.
  • Content Metadata: Video titles and upload dates (to verify SuperX related content).

B. Data Usage

We process this Google User Data solely to:

  • Verify you meet the 50,000 subscriber entry requirement.
  • Confirm that you upload regular SuperX-related content.
  • Calculate performance metrics for Program rewards.

C. Data Sharing

We do not share your Google User Data with third parties, external ad networks, or data brokers. Data is only shared internally with SuperGaming employees administering the Program or with cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS/Google Cloud) strictly for storage purposes under confidential agreements.

D. No AI Training

We do not use your Google User Data to train artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning models.

4. General Purposes of Processing

Beyond the specific Google data usage, we process your general data to:

  • Manage your application and ongoing eligibility.
  • Send you Program-related updates, newsletters, and support messages.
  • Distribute rewards, in-game items, and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and prevent fraud.

5. Data Storage & Protection

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data (including Google User Data) from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest, and strict role-based access controls for our internal staff.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Retention Policy

We retain your personal data and Google User Data only as long as you are an active participant in the Program. If you leave the Program or your account becomes inactive for 24 months, we will delete or anonymize your data, unless we are required to retain it for legal or tax obligations.

How to Delete Your Data

You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time.

  1. Revoke Access directly via Google: You can revoke SuperX's access to your data via the Google Security Settings Page.
  2. Request Full Deletion: Email us at superx@supergaming.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will delete your data from our servers within 30 days of the request.

7. International Data Transfers

SuperX operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your residence, including India and the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to protect your data during these transfers.

By using the SuperX Creators Program, you also agree to be bound by the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.
